The hotel was great! It’s located in a quiet area which is ideal for sleeping, but an easy walk to Campo Santa Margherita, the Accademia bridge, and the water taxi. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Magda greeted us when we arrived and walked us through a map of the city. I recommend the €7 buffet breakfast— they even have gluten free bread options! Highly recommend staying here.

Really happy with the stay here, was concerned about being on the other side of the river but ended up enjoying the quieter back streets more than the busier areas. Most touristy spots were ~20 minute walk but we got the boat bus pass which made traveling around a lot easier. Nothing special about the room, wish the AC worked better but did enjoy the stay

Super friendly Staff! Very clean hotel! Comfortable bed. Clean and Good Bathroom! Traditional Venice interior but with modern Upgrades, free wifi! Really close to Centre! Good breakfast! My fully recommendation ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent stay! We had booked a suite and it was perfect! The view over the canal and bridge was very nice and the room itself beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. Location is great, close to the Vaporetto and main attractions and yet very calm. We'll for sure book here again next time!

Great little hotel in a quiet, artistic part of Venice, really close to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Academy Galleries. The rooms were super cozy and clean with classic Venetian decor. The only thing I can complain about regarding the rooms is that the blanket is not in a slip cover, but between two sheets, which I found weird. It's a 20 min walk to St. Marks, you have a nice pub nearby (Corner Pub). All in all, highly recommended!

Very nice 3 star hotel.The price is good in compare to the other hotels around.The room is small, but good for people who barely stay in the hotel during the day.Really nice staff, always welcome with a smile.Located in a central place, about 15 minutes from the bell tower.There is no elevator, so a little hard with the luggage.
