This was an incredible experience. My mother and I rented a car to drive from Palermo to Bagheria for this class and it was well worth it. Francesca is an incredible host and wonderful teacher. She taught us how to make three different kinds of fresh pasta. Everything was delicious and Francesca is a patient and thoughtful teacher. I highly recommend taking any class that Francesca might offer- it was the highlight of our trip.

This was an EXCELLENT experience and we highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about doing this. We made 3 pastas which were delicious! It was so good, we came back for more! On our second day we made arancini balls! Lovely lady and great fun!

One of the highlights of our trip to Sicily was the morning spent with Francesca in her wonderful garden kitchen.We learned to cook 3 simple and delicious local dishes and we've enjoyed teaching them to our children now that we've returned home to Australia.Thank you, Francesca, for your warm hospitality. We loved cooking with you!
