This company and more specifically Guido have been so very honorable and professional in my dealings with them. We ran into some conflicts in this booking which were no fault of there’s. They went above and beyond what they legally had to do to help me out. I am so very grateful to them. I highly recommend them to anyone….

In general, a clean house in a very good location for a good price. One bathroom had a lot of mold on the tiles & grout. It is easily wiped away with bleach so I could not understand why it was there in the first place. The upstairs bathroom didn't have hot water and the toilet didn't flush. Basically unusable. You get an additional charge for the electricity that you use -- which came out to more than we expected for 1 week. I would assume the 2 bathroom issues have not been corrected as I pointed them both out to the owner. I would stay here again.

Avevo una prenotazione con quest’agenzia per Maggio di quest’anno e causa Covid-19 ho dovuto cancellare la mia prenotazione; l’agenzia mi ha assistito in tutto il processo ed ho facilmente spostato le date della mia prenotazione rapidamente e senza altri esborsi per l'anno prossimo. Nonostante questo momento di difficoltà, ho trovato un Team di persone motivate, preparate e pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, il personale è ottimo come spero lo sia anche la casa che ho prenotato, cosa che sicuramnete rispecchierà la serietà di questa agenzia.Consigliatissima!
