This place is not transparent about their rates. They'll wait until you handle the money to share information and then wont give your money back when you ask for it. What this place does is robbery, and their employees know it first hand and trick you into it. I lost 35% of my money here. Never put a foot in their stablihment!!!!

RIP OFF!! Avoid! Avoid avoid!!This should have minus starsThey take their 20% comission plus a service fee. At the end you end up with half of what you hoped to receive. They don’t even tell u the rate till they finished the transaction. THIEVES!!!!!

Abusive, aggressive, pathetic woman and poor methods, not providing a rate and signature before money exchange. Wish there were negative stars. 4 euro conversion rate plus commission on a bad rate. When I queried the poor returns, the woman wouldn't give me the money back even though I refused to sign. She said if you're poor

ADVERTENCIA!! WARNING!!!ESTAFA!! SCAM!!!Nooo vayan a esta casa de cambio, no son claros con el porcentaje de comisión que cobran, el cual es muuuucho más elevado que otras casas de cambio.Eviten que les arruinen el viaje o les hagan pasar un mal rato como a nosotros.Son unos descarados, literalmente es un robo ya que jamás te dicen que te van a descontar casi la mitad de lo que cambias y cuando reclamas te dicen que viene indicado en el letrero de afuera en unas micro letras en italiano que ni se ven y ni se entienden, y ni siquiera te regresan tu dinero. Te roban. No vayan.

Strongly recommend against using Bestandfastchange in Venice to exchange money. They don't tell you the exorbitant fees in advance. I paid 12% plus 9.90 plus some other unstated amount - in total about 25%
