There is no sound isolation at this hotel, and the owners don't care about trying to minimize sound either. There are super thin walls, just a few centimeters, between the rooms, so you hear things like water dripping from the shower in the next room, not to mention every word of every conversation being had through the walls". I'm hesitating to call them walls since they move and vibrate when people are using the furniture in the other rooms.The sleeping experience at this hotel was about pushing your earplugs as deep as possible and still laying awake until the worst noise stopped after midnight at some point. And then being woken up again at around 6 when people started getting up.The furniture is also very loud

It was a last minute booking but I am happy I went there even tho it wasn't on the island. They were very friendly during the check in and showed us to our room. Full amenities in the room, I just wish they had some channels in English on TV for foreigners. You can buy your tickets for the bus there which is convenient.

Posto tranquillo e accogliente, staff gentile, camera pulita, posizione vicina (3-5min a piedi) a un paio di utili fermate di bus e tram, incluso quello che porta direttamente a Piazzale Roma in Venezia.Non abbiamo fruito della colazione, dato che il ricco buffet proposto (come opzione) era per il 90% incompatibile con gli intolleranti al lattosio/uova. Nel circondario comunque ci sono diversi bar con opzioni vegane.

An excelllent choice for a hotel. The hotel is positioned at a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 3 minute walk from a bus station (night busses also stop here, although you have to call the posted number if you arrive late). The breakfast at the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

A beautiful + sustainable hotel to stay in if you’re looking to explore Venice. We enjoyed the location (as it is much quieter and very close to a bus to take you into Venice), as well as the rooms, with very comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly accommodating + kind. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who wants to stay near, but not in, Venice!

Great Hotel, very clean and modern. Good parking inside the yard, hotel staff very welcoming and helping. Special Thanks to Dimitrios (night manager) for showing/explaining and letting us feel good in this hotel. 5min away from bus stop that goes to the city. Quiet neighbourhood. Rooms big and clean, could not wish for anything more.

Reception: Gentilissimi e disponibili.Si possono organizzare gite direttamente alla reception e acquistare i biglietti per il bus ( la fermata dista solo 200 m circa dall' Hotel. Bus N2 direzione Venezia).Abbiamo ricevuto la camera prima dell'orario che ci spettava e la ragazza ci ha accompagnati fino su in camera.Colazione: Dal dolce al salato non mancava nulla. C'era pure un piccolo angolo con prodotti senza glutine( credo a pagamento). C'è anche un giardinetto dove poter leggere un libro in tranquillità. La cameriera era abbastanza attenta e cercava di avere sempre tutto in ordine. Non é una critica contro la cameriera ma credo che per le colazioni la cameriera avrebbe bisogno di un sostegno perché da sola é veramente Stressante quando la sala è piena...Quindi, complimenti per la pazienza Signora.La camera era pulita.Due cose negative secondo i miei gusti:- un po' buia , cioè le luci non sono abbastanza luminose(manca un bel lampadario al centro della stanza)e l'aria condizionata era leggermente rumorosa. Per non farla attaccare e staccare l'ho impostata tra i 24 e 25 gradi e allora abbiamo dormito serenamente. Eravamo sul lato della strada e alla notte non c'era casino...tutto tranquillo.Comunque consiglio l' Hotel al 100%.Non sarà una delusione.Alla prossima. Siamo state ospiti per due notti utilizzando un cofanetto regalo. Premetto che il valore del cofanetto era di euro 200.Credo, per questo motivo, che ci abbiano trattate come ospiti di serie B facendo discriminazione sociale. Basti pensare che, pur avendo diritto alla colazione, ci hanno fatto accomodare in un' altra stanza diversa da quella in cui erano gli altri ospiti, dove ci siamo trovate da sole e a mangiare un cornetto vuoto e bere un caffè. Ci siamo sentite veramente a disagio, tanto che il giorno seguente abbiamo rinunciato a quella miseria. Parcheggio auto 15 euro al giorno, più la tassa di soggiorno. In pratica, al check out altri 42 euro extra e neanche un caffè offerto.Deludente.

Amazing hotel, very clean, staff was very helpful and nice! I had some problem with payment by booking but they helped and were so patient. Area is great, safe, many cafeterias and couple steps to bus station or Mestre train station, 15 min by bus to Venice islan. Reasonable price. I recommend very much! Thank you!
