After booking and paying an Etna day tour through Get your Guide with this company, we were left stranded and of course missed the whole tour. We called on their office phone but no one answered. Then we sent an email and were informed that the group left without us. It is more practical to get a local taxi excursion on site, the price is roughly the same.

Me and my husband booked the tour to see the etna vulcano from get your guide with this company , it was so disappointing! They charged 66€ a person just to bring us on the vulcano and there they asked for extra 78€ each to go up and explore the area. We paid and everything was done in such a rush with no time to explore the location. After they brought us to an old house not a farm to do “tasting” we could taste only one wine and 5 tips of honey, the. Owner of the house was super rude after he tried to sell us his products and no one bought it. I asked for a glass of water and he told me I need to buy it I want to drink. It was the worst tour we ever did!

Great excursion to mount Etna with guide Simone, he knows many funny and intriguing facts about the place.Would highly recommend.
