In general whole experience was great.Staff is friendly, everything was clear and well explained.They picked us from airport and after we return car they drove us to hotel. Recommended restaurants in Bergamo were on-point.Our car option was upgraded for free. Car itself was fairly new with low mileage. Didn't experience any issue while driving.

We had a great experience with Felirent! Arrived at Bergamo airport, called them, they picked us up in 5 min. Got everything ready in 10 min and got the keys (they upgraded our car to an automatic as well). We got the car for a 10 day road trip in Italy and returned it to Malpensa Airport (no extra charge). It was super easy, it took about 15 min to return it, and then they took us to the airport, after 3 days I got the deposit back from them as well. Very good and will definitely be back with them! They should upgrade their website so we could book directly with them!

Great experience! We went to Italy at the end of May and we went with this car rental company.Thank you so much for all the help and assistance, made it super easy, best car rental experience we have dealt with. Will definitely be using their service on our next visit. Highly recommend :)

Absolut empfehlenswert. Gebucht hatten wir einen Fiat Panda oder ähnliches und erhielten ihn so wie besprochen und im guten Zustand - wir haben über Check 24 gebucht. Als wir gelandet sind haben wir den Verleih angerufen und sie haben uns mit einem Auto abgeholt. Der Verleih selbst ist nicht direkt am Flughafen sondern 5-10 Fahrtminuten entfernt und erspart so jeglichen Stress am Flughafen sowohl bei Abholung als bei der Abgabe. Alles verlief freundlich und reibungslos.

Ho noleggiato un'auto per potermi muovere tra Milano e il Trentino nei giorni del Salone del Mobile. Il servizio è stato puntuale ed efficiente. L'auto fornitaci era adeguata, pulita e perfettamente funzionante. Il prezzo molto competitivo.
