Im an American who spent recently spent a couple days in rome. The owner not only spoke english very well, but was there everyday early and late. Whenever i needed something he greeted me with a smile. From a snack to a drink he keeps a great assortment of products at better prices than anywhere else in the area. Went there more often than i care to admit.
