Silvia was a wonderful, warm and friendly host.She made us feel very comfortable; available to provide information and recommendations but leaving us to enjoy their newly-renovated property and magnificent pool - surely one of the best at any private villa. The accommodation is a stylish mix of modern facilities and antique furniture from the old family home, clean and comfortable. The location is idyllic; set among rolling sunflower fields - rural and yet only a few minutes from the town. The property is perfect for exploring Tuscany - local villages by foot, bike or car; Florence is a short train journey away; Lucca, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano, to name but a few, are just over and hour away by car. In summary, thanks to Silvia we had one of our best family holidays ever - just a pity it was only 2 weeks!

Il mio posto preferito in tutto il mondo!My favorite place in the whole world. Silvia and her property are both amazing. The connectivity to Borgo San Lorenzo, Vicchio, Pontassieve and Scarperia, and only about an hour from Florence by train, makes this location in Mugello highly recommended. Summer and winter - beautiful views and well maintained. Clean, private, but also perfect for reunions or multi-family stays. I will 100% be back. Enjoy the slice of heaven!
