I had an lovely experience at Toni & Guy in Como. My experience from start to finish was faultless. I flew to Lake Como to attend a wedding and looked up places to do my hair in an up do. Communication via email was great and Andrew and Antonio were amazing at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The end result was amazing and stayed in place till the early hours. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

Ottima prima esperienza da Tony&Guy di Como. Antonio lavora con grande professionalità e PREPARAZIONE, si è preso inizialmente del tempo per osservare e discutere la mia capigliatura da asciutta, per poi realizzare un taglio adatto al mio viso e al mio capello con meticolosa ATTENZIONE e PRECISIONE per i dettagli che altrove non ho mai trovato, ritoccando a più riprese dopo l'asciugatura, assicurandosi che tutto andasse bene. Al primo lavaggio a casa sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa della forma invidiabile senza grande impegno per la piega, dimostrazione di un taglio realizzato con CURA. Tornerò sicuramente!

Summary: Disappointing experience at a city center hairdresser; relaxing ambiance and quality equipment, but the desired hairstyle was not achieved and the bun did not hold.I recently visited a hairdresser located in the city center and wanted to share my experience. The salon's location is fantastic, and upon entering, I was greeted by a relaxing and chic ambiance, which set a positive tone for my visit. The presence of high-quality Dyson dryers, curling irons, and the use of good quality hair products further added to my initial satisfaction.However, my overall experience took a turn for the worse. I had requested a casual and loose bun, expecting a more relaxed look. Unfortunately, it took the stylist almost 90 minutes to create the bun, which ended up looking very formal and uptight, not at all what I had envisioned. Despite expressing my concerns, the staff kindly attempted to redo the bun without any argument, which I appreciated. Nonetheless, even after the second attempt, the style still fell short of my expectations.To make matters worse, the bun did not hold for more than two hours and started to dissolve before my event had even begun. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It was disheartening to realize that the buns I create myself at home are not only longer-lasting but also more reliable than the one I paid for at the salon.Considering the time and money I invested, I regretfully cannot recommend this hairdresser to others. I sincerely wish I had opted to style my hair myself, as it would have saved me both time and disappointment.2 stars for the good quality products and polite staff.

Sono quasi vent' anni che mi affido alla cura dello Staff di Tony&guy. Dalla deliziosa accoglienza di Antonella all' attenzione e ascolto di Antonio , alla sua alta professionalità sempre rinnovata in ogni dettaglio.Non posso che consigliarliperché la qualità è si nell'immediato ma soprattutto nel lungo termine , e questo non è un dettaglio da tutti.
