A great place to get a sandwich in Florence if you have a lot of time on your hands. But the wait is worth it.This place has a ton of options, and the staff makes you feel like the only customer in the restaurant when you order. They will explain everything to you and the sandwich you get will be perfect.That being said, if there's a line then that special attention works against you, as it might take an hour to even be able to order. So if you have time to spare or the line is short (not out the door), it's definitely worth it.

One of the best sandwiches that I've ever had. Soft bread, fresh ingredients, awesome combinations and affordable prices. Aaaand you have the posibility to custom make your sandwich. Small place, but very cozy inside. I got takeaway, but you can eat inside. Highly recommend it and definitely will eat there again when I got back to Florence. Grazie!

Una schiacciata da asporto davvero gustosa.Io ho scelto una integrale con mortadella, mozzarella, crema di melanzane e insalata.Ben calda e soffice!Il localino è ricavato da un ex-merceria che ne richiama gli arredi all’interno.

Places like this are the reason I love travelling to Italy. It's small, they take their time serving each customer, they know exactly what they're doing, and each sandwich is a piece of art. The service is friendly and attentive, and they always recommend local specialities (like fennel salami and fresh goats cheese). I'm already waiting to go back!Also good for veggies, my mum said it was the best sandwich she's ever had. It's a must visit while you're in Florence.

I gave 5 stars to the food because both sandwiches we tried were amazing and for 6.5 euro they were also great value.What brings my final rating down is the service which is not bad per se, but it’s so slow.The shop is small but there were only about 10 customers and it took half an hour to get my sandwiches, with just one person SLOWLY preparing them.If I didn’t have to wait that long I would have already come again for more to try different combinations.

The BEST sandwich shop in Florence!! You can skip going to All’antico Vinaio and RUN straight to this place! It tastes way better than it looks and offers a wide variety of combinations with local ingredients! The homemade jams set this place apart from from the rest!!

Beautiful sandwiches made with care and attention. Service was slow but the detail and love put into the sandwiches made it worth it. The staff obviously care greatly about the quality of food they are preparing which is rare. Prices were great for the standard as well and a large amount of vegetarian options. Would recommend for authentic Italian sandwiches made with love.

Locally sourced ingredients make up delicious, delicious sandwiches. The service is very caring and they answer all of your questions with much details and love.Keep in mind that even if the line isn’t long, like just outside the door, you will wait about 45 minutes just to get your food.

Amazing sandwiches. The staff helped us pick two and they did not disappoint. All meat was sliced in front of you and they described every local kind of cold cut.
