Gave my 2 airline uniform jackets. They returned them with the sleeve buttons melted and melted plastic stains all over one of the jackets. When i showed them, the lady rudely told me that i brought them like that. Little did she know that they were brand new with no stains and i was giving them for the first wash. She took the one with the stains back and returned it the next day, with the stains not being removed. She didn't care at all to ask if she can do something more or to return the money at least. I took it the next day to another place and they removed the stains with ease...(just to point out how clueless these people are)
