Camera bellissima, pulita e molto moderna. Consiglio!!

ATTENTION ,…. Il faut surtout pas louer chez ÉDEN ROOMS . dons la ville de la spezia en Italy c’est des gens très malhonnête ils font de la publicité mensongère On est passé par Booking pour louer chez eux, c’était pour trois jours du 11 au 16 juillet 2023 l’appartement qu’on a loué est au premier étage avec soi-disant vue mer on a fait 300 km en voiture est arrivé sur place. Il y avait personne pour nous accueillir et à notre grande surprise et après plusieurs tentatives d’appel la personne nous envoie un message par WhatsApp on nous indiquant que la clé est déposée dans une boîte à l’entrée de l’immeuble, et que l’appartement qu’on a louer est pas au premier étage mais au rez-de-chaussée on faite c’est un garage transformé en studio. Vous vous sentez même pas en sécurité de dormir dedans. Vous aurez l’impression de dormir dehors Je vous joins les photos comme ça vous verrez par vous-même c’est lamentable et bien évidemment on a pas dormi sur place . Ça fait maintenant trois semaines qu’on demande à la personne de nous rembourser au début elle était d’accord et maintenant elle nous répond même plus , donc je tiens à vous avertir que c’est vraiment des gens malhonnêtes. Faites vraiment attention et vérifie bien avant de louer quoi que ce soit.Cordialement.ATTENTION ,…. You don't even feel safe sleeping in it. You will have the impression of sleeping outside I am attaching the photos so you will see for yourself it is pathetic and of course we did not sleep there. We've been asking the person to reimburse us for three weeks now, at first she agreed and now she doesn't even answer us anymore, so I want to warn you that these are really dishonest people. Great cozy apartment with everything needed, close to the train station. The owner Jona is the best and gave us recommendations to eat and drink. The rooms were clean and big. Will return for sure!

Una struttura favolosa,tutto perfetto!A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.Consigliatissimo..!!!

Bellissimo e moderno affittacamere vicino alla stazione. Camere curate nel dettaglio, pulizia ottima, proprietaria gentilissima. Posizione un po' scomoda per raggiungere velocemente il centro a piedi. Vicino ha molti servizi (coop, alimentari, bar, poste).

Ottimo locale e 200mt dal centro.

Excellent location close to the train station and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The only downside was parking seems to be difficult and upstairs there were children running around which you could hear in the room. Other than that that room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I would actually give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Great location, near to central station and the city center. Very clean and spacious. You will find all facilities needed. The top quality was the host. She was very helpful and she gave us a lot of tips about 5Terre. Will be back again!! ☺️
