I had a wonderful experience at Shelly Gioielleria. Every person in my family got a beautiful piece of gold jewelry. The person that helped us was extremely kind and patient. I would highly recommend Shelly Gioielleria to friends and family visiting Rome!

I'm highly disappointed in the bracelet I purchased for my son. It broke within a few days. He did not wear it in water and the clasp separated as you can see in the pictures. I should have been warned at purchase that this was essentially glued and could come apart at any time. I would not have purchased it. Now over $300 is wasted, as it will sit in a drawer. The shop owner did not offer to pay for shipping and replacement. I was told I would need to pay to ship it and for any associated fees. Be wary of shopping here. I will not go back.

Beautiful shop!!! Bellisima! Filippo was so helpful and nice! I bought a necklace on my first day in Rome and then came back my last day to grab some earrings and both products are wonderful quality.

My wife and I actually stumbled upon this place near campo de fiori while we were waiting for our laundry to finish up at the speed queen. They specialize in 18kt gold (750 oro) and they had fairest prices I have ever seen for gold, especially when compared to the US. The man behind the counter was very welcoming and helpful. I liked the place so much I ordered a bracelet and ring for my wife for Christmas and had it shipped to where I live in the US. Even with shipping cost this place beats every big US retail jeweler hands down.

Found this shop accidentally while walking back to my Airbnb one afternoon. Filipo had a large selection of exactly the style of bracelet I was looking for that were all in line with my more conservative budget and spent a lot of time with me making sure I found something I loved, including giving honest opinions on what looked best on me, independent of pricing. Having visited several jewelry stores in Florence and the US, his prices are the fairest I have ever seen by far. Would recommend this jewelry shop for anyone in Rome looking for 18k gold.
