Great view! Everything is clean, swimming pool is nice, all you need is there. Easily reached by car. Francesco is a very friendly.I wish you all the best my friend.

STAY AWAY!!!This villa is located on the top of a very (!) steep hill (and is at least 500 meters long) that can only be reached by 4x4 vehicle. We arrived at the villa with a (new and standard) car after a whole day of travel, only to find out that we can't reach the property. Francesco, the host, also tried to drive their vehicle up this hill but failed (I will emphasize again - this is a new and standard rental car(.Finally, after we asked to leave the villa because of this accessibility problem right after the first night (out of five nights that were supposed to stay at the property), Francesco behaved disgracefully and raised difficulties that did not allow us to enjoy the rest of our vacation.Finally, even though we only stayed at the villa for one night, and informed Francesco that we would not be able to stay the rest of the nights, he refused to refund our money.In addition to this, the villa is full of insects, that the mattresses are terrible and do not allow for a good night's sleep, and that in no way does the villa match the description (or the reviews) that can be found in the ad advertising the property. In short - be careful not to fall into this trap! We warn others so that their vacation is not ruined as happened in the case of my family.

Posto incantevole e molto rilassante con piscina stupenda e gestito da gente molto gentile e accogliente

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat sein eigenen Charme. Alles war sauber. Francesco war der beste Host, den wir je hatten. So freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick ist der absolute Wahnsinn, ein Mietwagen jedoch ein Muss (man muss einige steile Wege nach oben bis zum Haus). Wir würden jedes Mal dieses Haus nochmals buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
