Rude staff

Went to ask for some help with reservation with my interrail ticket in Venice S Lucia The customer service lady at the front desk printed out a ticket without asking for a time I wanted to catch the train. A mistake was made with time and she refused to refund the money. €11 was charged for a service that wasn’t needed or taken. Service charge of €4 charged for a absolute pathetic service, no help extremely rude service.This place is suppose to cater to tourism but is no help at all to tourism in Venice.Absolute thief !!Go to the train main office as they are free and helpful with a smile.

Avoid like the plague. I exchanged $500 for Euros and got €400 in return. Poor exchange rate and 9.75% commission on top with fixed few of €12 added. This is at a time when you can get a euro for a dollar. Save yourself the hassle and loss

The lady doesn't want to help you install the card and says I don't know a lot and is rude and pushy also my phone was rejecting the card because my phone is locked and she don't know how to unlock it from my previous provider also had to find that out myself because she said I don't know. also no refunds it's Italy she said they don't care about if it don't work they just want your money I suggest just go to the Vodafone store because they probably more knowledgeable and have better customer service
