BAD company! Dont trust them - dont get involved ! The IT support are amateurs! Whe you call them on a phone they never can sort the issue ! Their droppshipping service is NOT WORKING and NEVER WORKED! Redicolous !! You would only lose your money ! Dont get involved!

Assistenza zero. Io volevo provare a abbonarmi al loro servizio ma non c'è nemmeno la possibilità di parlare con qualcuno al telefono per chiedere più informazioni, ho inviato dell'email ma non risponde nessuno, io penso che aggiungere un'assistenza clienti vocale ne giovi anche alla vostra azienda , o perlomeno qualche video in più su come funziona la piattaforma non video di due minuti tanto per fare

We are working together since 3 years and totaly satisfied, very easy to install the app and import products. Orders, payments, shipments, returns everything works perfectly. Product quality is very good, customer service could be better.

I signed for the dropshipping package on 24/06/2019 by mistake, when my nightmare started. I tried to cancel the order on the same day, but was not possible. After spent a lot of time in the website chat without no answer from their employee, I sent an e-mail and 2 days after they answered me: Once ordered the service is not refundable but what we can do is to issue a credit note that you can deduct from future orders".Under EU rules

Il servizio di per se è ottimo ma:Se avete problemi con un ordine, e capirete che con il commercio online è una cosa molto frequente, non avete nessun numero di telefono da contattare per il supporto, e già questo dovrebbe fermarvi, hanno una clausola nel contratto per ogni evenienza, nel senso che qualsiasi problema vi troviate ad affrontare con gli ordini sono cavoli vostri e resterete abbandonati al vostro destino.State ben lontani da fornitori come questo e non fatevi abbindolare dal marketing del loro sito.Buttate solo via i vostri soldi.Poi decidete voi.

Based on my experience; there is no communication and no at all. I was a drop shipping subscriber and a week before my subscription ended they withdrew money for the following month and although I asked them to return it, they never did so. Please, be careful before you subscribe. I gave them 1 because of their fast shipping, that is all but no profit as expected. I do not know how I can get my money back!
