Very unprofessional ticket offices across town. We paid 40EUR for a 2 person trip to Vesuvius, which was a total waste of time and money. The ticket seller told us we can buy a ticket for crater entry by the gates after we arrive on 1000 meter station, which will be more expensive than online, but still we can buy it. Guess what? It`s impossible to buy it on site. Only online. We wasted 40 EUR and half a day just to sit and wait for a bus back to Naples and didn`t see anything at Vesuvius. It`s basically a scam just to sell expensive bus tickets. Don`t use this service - pay more in other experienced travel agencies around the town, so you`ll be sure to get the proper sightseeing.
