Most unprofessional customer service. They don’t hold up to agreements and lie to customers to avoid extra work. They responded to me here via google that I contact them through one of their online mediums, which I did (via Twitter) only for them to tell me there to contact customer relations via their website, again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service top notch plane design terrible very cheap missing most things that normally come standard. Here an idea just lift the seats up we don’t need infinite head room but dangling legs would be awesome for sleeping and carryon space.

Flew turkey fine, flew agean no issues when arriving at airport 4am get message tap air portugal flights canceled. Only 3 people re-booking flights. Get to the window to rebook our flight after 3 hrs queue to be told the flight had been auto re-booked get told I need to wait 2more hours for a bus to a hotel to a city close by. Get 18euro meal ticket to eat in the airport but cannot go through security to get actual food, instead am forced to wait in a 1hr queue at the one coffee shop that's not behind security. Never again. Can't wait to see the hotel.....

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had. We left Chicago to Rome with a layover in Portugal. The flight was cancelled and hundreds of people were stranded in airport with no explanation. The airline had one service desk open and the lines stretched to outside. Wait time to speak to anyone was 7 hours!! When I finally spoke to someone they wanted to send me to another desk. No one would help or provide info. People started crying and begging but the staff just left the desk. They didn’t arrange for food or accommodations. We ended up getting a hotel on our own and then returning to the airport next day again, begging people for info. Our luggage couldn’t be retrieved. They refused to give it to us even though they admitted it was in the airport. We spent another day in airport w no answers. Finally we had to book a separate flight on a different airline, on our own via Spain, still no luggage. We spent 15 days in Europe wo luggage and no response from the airline!!!! No one cared. I finally received two of the 6 suitcases and they are damaged beyond repair. The other suitcases are lost and again, there is no communication. Our return flight was delayed after delay. They made me pay a baggage fee of $600 for the luggage they lost and I never received! And guess what. We still don’t have our luggage!!! I would rather travel by donkey than ever take this satanic airline ever again,

Had a bad experience during the luggage drop of I am here for more then 3 hours just trying to left my luggage and wait for my plane, theres anybody on the desk, no signs, advise, and no one to give information, like a desert

Non rispondono mai, spesso telefoni staccati, cancellano voli senza avvertire e te accorgi perché dalla app non compare più l prenotazione (senza app uno si presenterebbe in aeroporto). SCANDALOSI

Sciacalli ci hanno cambiato tre volte il volo,assistenza zero non c'è modo di comunicare con nessuno vacanze rovinate già prima di partire e non è vero quando scrivono che puoi contattarli privatamente, la musica è sempre la stessa chi ci è passato lo sa . Siamo costretti a pagarci hotel cena e taxi per un pernottamento non voluto e non riusciamo a contattare nessuno per sapere se il tampone pagato €60 in Italia il giorno dopo è valido anche a Lisbona

I cant even begin to count how many times this company has ruined my travel plans. From arriving two days late ON MY WEDDING DAY back in 2017 to providing me with the wrong information yesterday (I was informed the flight change fee would be 247€ per passenger then found out it was only 107€ after speaking to a second Customer service assistant), I have run into problems around 40% of the times I’ve booked with Tap and I’ve given up on Portugal as a destination. I have never received any sort of refund or compensation for my troubles.

Oggi 18 novembre 2022,la scrivente de Oliveira Anita, alle ore 09.30, cioè 2 ore prima della partenza dell'aereo 827 delle ore 11.35, in partenza da Milano Malpensa, per Recife (Brasile) con scalo a Lisbona, mi sono presentata con una mia amica horquideas caneiro e una bambina di 3 anni, al banco cekin tap, l'addetta dopo le prime operazioni di imbarco mi chiedeva il green pass o il tampone, esibivo il green pass in forma elettronica con la 3°Vaccinazione effettuata ed ancora valida, dimostrabile con L'app verifica c 19,approvata dal ministero della sanità, ma l'addetta, a mio avviso incompetente, non accettava la forma elettronica e chiedeva il cartaceo,che io non avevo in possesso, morale della favola, si avvicina l'ora della partenza dell'aereo,la chiudeva il banco cekin e la scrivente e le persone da me menzionate, perdevano il volo e tre biglietti aereo per la cifra di circa 3.200 euro, e chiaro che la cosa non finisce qua, mi rivolgerò alle autorità competenti e invito ad altre persone a non acquistare biglietti tap,in quando personale maleducato, incompetente e irrispettoso dei clienti.Alla fine mi sono rivolta all'agenzia dove avevo comprato i biglietti e la compagnia aerea tap, per rimettere i biglietti in altra data chiede 330 euro a persona, in poche parole tutte cose a favore tap.Viaggio da 20 anni con tap, ma dopo questo grave episodio cercherò altre compagnie e vi invito a firmare ad doc il personale.Data dell'esperienza: 18 novembre 2022
