Great place to shop for pre-teens to teenage girls. Very small sizes.

I recently purchased a dress from this store, and a few hours later I decided to return it because I had just realized I already owned a dress very similar to it. The shopkeeper informed me, however, that the items I had already purchased could not be returned, I had read on the website that returns could be made up to 14 days after the original purchase. Instead, the shopkeeper claims that the return policy only applies to purchases made online. What distinguishes direct purchases from those made online from those made in stores? And once more, this directly violates the legislation of the European Union governing the return of products.
