I’d like to give a -1 instead of a one star!!!We used the business or at least one in this same location on previous trips to Rome, Italy but never again.I would say if you need a wash, dry and fold service go anywhere else or do it’s yourself!!We gave her two loads. One dark and one light. Presorted.When we picked it up everything was just tossed into a large plastic bag despite the fact we left the packing cubes that we’d transported things in and a small suitcase.The most care she gave to our laundry after drying was to match the few pairs of socks.The worst service we’ve ever had!!!!Can’t describe even in this review how upset I was to have received our things back in this manner.DONT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR A WASH AND FOLD EVER!

Ho consegnato un vestito di lino di marca con delle macchie di sangue mai trattate prima ed una di queste è rimasta. Il tessuto non è più come prima.

Do yourself a favor and have your clothes washed here! The staff was friendly, she worked fast and my clothes looked amazing. She even removed a red wine stain from my friend’s bodysuit seamlessly! Thank me later
