Soggiorno fantastico, la pace dei sensi! I cani sono stati benissimo e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. La casa è meravigliosa, ricercata nell’arredamento è iper funzionale. Non siamo mai usciti se non per andare alle terme di Saturnia!

There were four of us staying here in September. We all had a WONDERFUL time. The area is lovely and quiet and so many places to visit. Annalisa is a brilliant host and knows all the best places and restaurants to visit. The Villa is lovely, beautifully decorated and the pool is sublime. Annalisa organised a chef to come and cook for us one night and we had a true feast!We all agreed this was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had.Highly recommended!!!!

Abbiamo passato dei bellissimi giorni in questo casale immerso nel verde.La casa è ben fornita, Annalisa è stata molto gentile e disponibile nel farci trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno.Un’esperienza davvero piacevole e rilassante.

What a fantastic place, filled with sunshine! Annalisa has created a magical place between lavender fields and olive groves. A spacious house, light flowing in from the beautiful Maremma, generous bedrooms, comfy beds, chic design. There is lots to explore in the area, and Annalisa has the best tips on where to rent boats, watch sunsets, and eat locally produced burrata. We had an excellent time and will surely come back.

Siamo stati in questa villa per qualche giorno, super attrezzata anche per gruppi numerosi, ristrutturata da poco e arredata splendidamente.Piscina bellissima e camere con bagno in suite perfette.A mezz’ora dal mare e dalle terme, non si può volere di più!

A very cozy and calming experience. From the setting, the house itself, the rooms and our wonderful host Annalisa - everything was great. We arrived when it was already dark outside, so the next day it was a lovely surprise to look out the window and to discover the fields and hillsides in the morning sun. As for the technical aspects of the accomodation: the rooms are comfortable and bright, each with a thermostat and a separate bathroom and shower. Towels and bedding were all provided. The place is quiet and peaceful. I hope to some day return to the beautiful region of Toscana and to stay again at this serene spot. Recommended!

Marsy 3 is a beautifully designed villa run by host Annalisa in the Maremma countryside surrounded by fields of olive trees, grapevines and lavender.We stayed for five days but should have stayed much longer. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with lots to do in the local area without many tourists.It has a lovely pool area, organic vegetable garden, pizza oven, boule court…the list goes on!

Molto bello il luogo , curata informalmente la struttura , gentile, interessante e disponibile l'host. Un po' troppo costoso in rapporto qualità/prezzo

Villa meravigliosa, immersa nel verde della Maremma. Spazi ampi, camere confortevoli (ognuna con bagno). Grande relax, grazie allo stupendo paesaggio circostante. Abbiamo fatto una settimana di vacanza in 12. Luogo ideale per visitare le spiagge e i paesi della Maremma.
