Very nice and new hotel. All the rooms have perfect view of the sea. It is a bit above the town, but there’s a way for you to go to the beaches in 3-4 minutes. We loved everything

Very new hotel.Rooms: we were lucky to get a room with stunning view, truly beautiful.The room is a good size and overall clean.There were quite a few small ants on the floor, but considering the location, it did not bother us much. We do recommend pest control nevertheless.We did not get a shower gel refill during our stay, and before the last night, the garbage was not emptied.There were small hiccups here and there, but overall, the room was OK. It is a Europe 4 star but the same room in other countries, I.e. dubai would maximum be a 3 star.Service: excellent gentlemen at the check-in. Good English and helped us with information and also to make restaurant reservations.The staff overall is friendly.Very very dissatisfied with the breakfast offering. They have only one person handling breakfast, and buffet replenishment falls behind. For three days, no egg. Not any kind of egg. A very poor buffet offering, we actually had much better spreads at family owned & managed hotels in Italy. Also, no tea was available, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.Location is the highlight of this property. Up on the hill overlooking the sea | marins and island. The type of view you just can not get enough of. Stunning!The place has great potential but needs some improvements to worth the price and the 4 star expected service.
