Relax on The Lake

I have given this apartment 4stars because of the position near Passignano. It is a lovely town on the lake and although it attracts lots of visitors, it is essentially a working town. I was disappointed with the apartment because it was perfect from the description but less than perfect in reality. It was spotlessly clean and our hosts were very charming however there was no comfortable seating, only 4 very hard kitchen chairs, no soft chairs to sit on to read or watch t.v. The grounds were unkempt and the swimming pool area was dirty with tall grass and no comfortable chairs/cushions. The barbecue was mentioned but it was rusty and dirty and you wouldn't want to use it. We knew the pool was not in use but it would have been an area to sit in on sunny days had it been clean and comfortable. We made the best of our stay and the owner was attentive but it didn't make up for the lack of somewhere to sit comfortably, apart from the bed. For the money paid it was disappointing.

Encomiabile!Ottima accoglienza, posto incantevole che viene valorizzato dal costante impegno di chi ci lavora. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, comodo e funzionale. Pulizia impeccabile e cura dei particolari....molto rilassante, ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento lo scorso Dicembre 2021. La casa ė molto bella, c'è molta cura dei dettagli. Pulizia e attenzione all'igiene massima, cosa per me fondamentalmente in questo periodo di pandemia. La proprietaria è molto attenta ai clienti e ai loro bisogni per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. La struttura è tipica della zona e ben tenuta. In pochi minuti si arriva al lago. Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliato.

Ottima soluzione per visitare il lago e l'Umbria in totale relax.Appartamento super accessoriato con piscina estiva.L'host Daniela è gentilissima.
