We did the original Venice walk tour, and it was great! Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he even took the time to recommend other places worth visiting at the end of the tour. It was very interesting!

We were as familly with our kids 3 and 5 and we did mention it on our booking. The tour was marked as kids friendly, but no car seats for the kids, the driver was obviously not professional.During the trip we got aggressed by a young couple sharing the van, my wife got bitten and hit and if I did not intervene the guy would have also hit the kids.The driver did not intervene until things got really bad. At the end we were brought up to Venice and our day canceled with no refund. The couple whp aggressed us went on tour.This company value money and has no respect for people.You have been warned.

I used this company in Rome for a colosseum, ancient city and separate Vatican tour for my family of 4. Francesca was our guide for both tours and she was AMAZING! She gave a personalized tour and took time to answer all of our questions. The small private tour was the way to go as we worked around the big lumbering group tours where everyone looked bored. I highly recommend this company to get the most out of your Rome experience.

Had a great tour around Liguria coast! Our guide was very friendly and told us all about the areas we drove through. He also put on Italian music for us.Update: We had a much worse tour with a different guide but the same company the next day. Our 'tour guide' was really just a driver, he barely spoke to us, and didn't seem to speak much English anyway. He also drove slow, we were late and missed our second wine tasting out of two. He didn't seem to know our schedule and we seemed to spend more time driving than anything else. Also they made us pay extra at the end of the day for that privilege, demanding 70 euro cash when we got out. DO NOT make the mistake of dealing with this company. If you have to deal with this company, try not to get stuck with Giovanni.

We started by the Royal Gardens and was educated on the history of the area. Our tour guide seemed very passionate and knowledgeable of the city and surrounding area. We took a beautiful walk through the Basilica de San Marco (skipping the long queue) and was told about it’s story as well. We continued our tour through less-traveled side streets and learned all about the residential lifestyle of Venice. When we ended the walking tour, we traveled backwards to a wonderful restaurant hidden away from the tourists we would never had seen otherwise! A few hours later we took the Grand Canal tour via boat taxi and had an awesome time with Cristina B! She was funny, friendly and very informative. The tour was beautiful and we learned so much about the area! After the tour, Cristina helped us find the best gelato in town and it sure was! Highly recommend this tour and company.

Can’t comment on the company as our travel agent booked it, but our tour guide, Claudio, who took us through the Vatican was amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. I had a 9 and 11 year old on the tour and he took special care to explain everything so they understood. Then accompanied us in the subway to make sure we got back to our hotel ok. He was fantastic and an absolute highlight of our trip.

Zero stars awarded. We booked and paid for a day trip to the Dolimites through this company. On the day of, we were up early, excited and on our way only to find the public water buses were on a 24 hour strike. We started our walk to the nearest area that water taxis were available. We tried to call, the company didn't open until 8. Continued walking. Called at 8 to let the company know and the lady we spoke to said to continue to head to the Roma pick up area and to call when we got there. We told her we were at least 20-30 min walk away due to the crowded streets. We knew we wouldn't make it by our designated time of departure. We were told no worries and continued on. 2.8 miles all in all to get to our area to catch a water taxi. We called as instructed and was then told the tour left without us. The woman said we were supposed to call when we got to the water taxi. We tried explaining the streets were overly crowded due to everyone having to walk since transportation strike going on and that we did just now arrive, as well as calling right when they opened to let them know we would not make it in time. Why would you tell a group to continue on if you weren't going to wait? I acknowledge we were 30 min late. But we communicated that. It was not our fault that the city transport was on strike. We asked about a reschedule for a different day. Was told no availability. Asked for refund. Was told we didn't cancel within 24 hours so they weren't obligated to give refund. Well of course we didn't cancel, we did all we could to make the tour. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Wasted an entire day of activities that we paid over $500 for. The company could have told us at 8am that the driver would not wait on us. Our tour was to begin at 8:30. To have us walk all that way and then tell us?? Just wrong. Appears to be all about $$$$ and absolutely no concern for their customers. Unfortunate situation but could have been handled much more professional.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Due to a local taxi strike it took us over 2 hours to get to water bus. I called our host twice and was told to “keep coming” They left without us and refused to rebook or refund. Something we were looking forward to turned into a nightmare.

Booked tour of Pompei, Positano, and Amalfi Coast through Viator. Tour was canceled without communication, due to not enough people signing up. This is the last day if our vacation, and this was going to be the highlight. Very unprofessional.
