Casa molto accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. Dalla vetrata del salotto la vista lago è fotonica. Desenzano si raggiunge in pochissimi minuti d'auto. Mi sono trovata così bene che l'ho consigliata a una famiglia di miei amici inglesi per le vacanza estive.

Schöne Anlage. Sehr ansprechende Häuser, versetzt angeordnet. Tws. mit Garagen. Etwas erhöht über dem Ort.Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Gardasee.Grosser, einladender Swimmingpool, viele Liegemöglichkeiten.Sehr freundliche, nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber.Empfehlenswert.

The house is situated in a perfect location to visit lake Garda. It is tastefully decorated with a personal touch, that makes you feel at home. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and sitting there in the morning with a coffee is a very, very relaxing experience. Being able to park the car in the garage was important for us. Supermarkets, coffee bars and restaurants are all nearby. This is definitely our perfect stay when we visit lake Garda. Thank's Alice, see you soon ...

Wir waren Ende August mit 6 Personen in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und nicht voll besetzt, so das immer eine Liege zum verweilen frei ist.Was allerdings nicht in der Beschreibung steht, ist das das untere Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen hat.Es gibt lediglich ein Fenster zur Abstellkammer hin. Daher ist es da dunkel und gibt keine frische Luft.Die untere Küche hat auch keinen Kühlschrank so das nur die obere zur Benutzung in Frage kommt. Sowieso kommt der Gedanke das man hier eher essen geht, anstatt zu kochen, denn an Küchenutensilien mangelt es sehrAuch das der Müll zum Ende hin selbst zu Deponie gefahren werden muss, kannten wir so nicht..Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit auf der großen Terasse mit grandiosem Seeblick genießen.

Just an absolute pleasure to be able to stay here, its perfect! The views, the comfort, the facilities, the bedrooms. A real home from home but in an area which is really one of the best I've ever experienced. Thank you Alice for inviting us into your lovely old family home!

I highly recommend staying in this stunning home! The interiors have been thoughtfully set out with personal touches throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds with luxury linen, a garage right next to the property to park the car, bikes to explore the surrounding area and I especially love the balcony with its comfy seating, to enjoy the breathtaking lake views. The location is ideal for exploring the whole of Lake Garda. This beautiful property really does have everything you need for a perfect holiday. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful property, we had such a wonderful holiday and can’t wait to come back again very soon.

Einfach zauberhaft!Angefangen vom überaus freundlichen Service, dem gepflegten Poolbereich bis zur liebevoll bis ins Detail abgestimmtem Einrichtung/ Dekoration.Ein wunderschöner Ort und absolut empfehlenswert!!
