Avrei dato 5 perchè il procedimento è stato semplice ed anche piacevole se non fosse per il fatto che alla consegna mi hanno accusata di un piccolo danno che per fortuna ho dimostrato era già presente alla consegna. Morale della storia FOTOGRAFATE" bene il veicolo alla consegna"

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Took over an hour to even find their location and we were given the wrong phone number when we booked our rental months ago. The woman who helped us was extremely rude, kept raising her voice at us when we were calmly inquiring about our rental car we paid already for. We weren’t given the vehicle in the end, I would recommend to avoid this company at all cost. Just go to the third floor where every other rental company is located and use AVIS or Hertz. Customer service there was tremendously better and we even got a better car for the same price. Never using Noleggio again, would give 0/5 stars if possible.
