Anna was an excellent tour guide on our tour of the Chianti area. She was effervescent, and a fount of knowledge and experience in the Tuscan area. The vineyards/wineries she chose showcased both the scope of the region as well as different wine-making techniques, tastes, and philosophies, and therefore covered an excellent range of options for both wine aficionados and beginners. She's also a highly talented story teller, about the history of Tuscany, picking out the best sights for photo taking and more. We booked a tour with Anna into the Val Dorcia region. It was by far the best tour we have done coming to Italy! Anna was very knowledgeable about the regions, wine and history! She is an expert with wine and we visited a very nice family run winery.I would recommend Anna at Cool tours again and again! We will be re booking if we have a chance to return to Italy !!Ciao Bella !

Anna was amazing! She curated a tour for us based of our taste of wines and took us to amazing wineries we would have never found online. She is not only super nice and accommodating she is also very knowledgeable.

We booked private full day “Chianti Classico” Wine Tour with Cooltour. We had fantastic time despite rainy and cold day. I will highly recommend our guide Anna to everybody who interested to learn about wine making in Tuscany.Anna is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything wine related. She did choose interesting wineries to visit. We had delicious lunch. She is excellent driver; her English is perfect, and everything is on time.We are already planning to go back to explore more. And we plan to hire her again.

My family and I had the most amazing day with Anna! She was so knowledgeable and engaging and funny. We enjoyed every minute of our day - the drive up to wine country, the visit to Siena and of course the wonderful and personalized visits to the wineries. The people at the wineries obviously work with Anna a lot and they were so inviting to us. We had a beautiful lunch and tasted countless wonderful wines. I HIGHLY recommend using Cool Tours by Anna. She is the best!!

We used Anna for our group of 8 , she picked us up in Florence where we were staying in a beautiful MB van, we went out in the countryside, stopped at the medieval town of San Donato, the had a tasing at a vineyard, it was excellent, then traveled to another vineyard for lunch and a tasing , the wine , food , and balsamic were over the top, after that we spent some time in San Gimignano and did some site seeing, after this Anna brought us back to our apartment in Santo Spirito Square. It was a fun filled day, one of the best on our trip and we look forward to going back to Florence and traveling with Cool Tours again. I highly recommend this experience .

Anna was amazing, the wineries we fabulous and it was worth every penny!We started by getting picked up early in the morning and driving up to the Tuscan hills to Sienna looking at the stunning view and getting to know Anna. From then we went to 4 amazing wineries and had one of our favorite meals for our Italian vacation.The wineries treated us so well and served some great wine. I reccomend Anna to anyone who wants a great tour and a guide who knows wine and the wineries!

The four of us spent an incredible day with Anna in Tuscany. The winery, Sant’Agnese Farm was simply amazing. The food was the best we have had in Florence and the wines, delicious. We loved touring Siena and San Gimignano and hearing Anna tell us stories about the region. AND, she is quite the driver, making us feel very safe in spite of the narrow, winding roads. We highly recommend Anna and her services.

Anna did a fantastic job with our tour!! She was willing to work with us ahead of time to keep us in the Chianti region and picking spots that was more geared towards locals. We ended up going over on tour by about an hour and a half and she had no complaints about it. We would highly going with her!

Anna made our experience in Tuscany unforgettable! From the moment she picked us up to the moment she dropped us off, she was full of knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm! She brought us to smaller wineries to give us a more intimate and relaxing experience. Our tour with her was over a month ago and we still talk about how fabulous it was. Definitely recommend!
