I do NOT recommend Arletti & Partners. I scheduled a consultation with them and they were absolutely NO help.I provided background information prior to our meeting and the consultant never reviewed it, asking me to repeat it all again. Then for all of the questions I asked, she stated she did not know and outsourced me to IRS website, superiors, and American partners (who I never heard of thereafter). It waswas an awkward exchange...a staring contest to say the least.I did most of the talking and efforts to problem solve, and the consultant deflected all of my concerns and brought up hypothetical (uncertain) scenarios which ultimately were not applicable to me. The consultant recommended I have a follow up consultation with her superiors but made no efforts to coordinate it. I reached out by email and was never contacted again.Upon visiting a commercialista for another company I was able to have my concerns questions addressed, competently and professionally. People work hard for their money, it it a shame that companies like Arletti & Partners trick you into paying them without providing you what you need.

I had a consultation video call about residence permit. Laura was very helpful. We went through all my questions and more and still finished a couple minutes early because she provided very concise, clear, but thorough answers, for both the questions I had submitted and those I came up on the spot. The information she gave was comprehensive, and there wasn't room for confusion or unknowns. I have spoken to a firm prior to this one in another occasions and they made me feel like Italian bureaucracy is impossible to do.I would recommend this service and would work with them again if I have a chance.
