Incredibly low costumer service in regards to helpfullness and commitment. Not sure sure what we've even bought tickets to, as it's in the middle of nowhere, and she did not elaborate, instead just telling us to leave.

Despite all pointers directing you to this far away room, only group tickets are sold here. Individual and family tickets are sold at the entrance. Save yourself 10 mins of walking here in heat and go to the main entrance.Site manager: please remove inaccurate and confusing arrows

Biglietteria poco affollata e con personale abbastanza gentile, la biglietteria principale si trova comunque dalla parte della strada. Se siete con un trolley la strada non è esattamente in buone condizioni.

There are meant to be 2 walking routes but much of the park and specific destinations are currently roped off for no apparent reason. Still worth a visit for what one can see.

The place itself could be amazing but most of it is closed off and the amphitheater is covered in plastic deckingtickets are a nightmare they won’t except that children are children unless you have a passport even though ours are very obviously small childrenThey have no change so another problemAlso ticket office is basically as far away from the entrance as possible in the area marked as group ticket sBut then you walk in and the secret ticket office can be found
