I am a London based start up shoe designer. I ordered 48 pieces of simple ornaments, metal and pearl. The contacts were somehow professional but the quality of the work, at 46 euros per pair were so bad . I sent it back at least twice , in the end they sent me a parcel with one missing ornament. I reported to them that the items had 17 rejects, but after days, no response whatsoever. The defect was simple, the pearls were coming off, not glued properly. Maybe they are busy? NOT recommended specially for small companies. The quality is not consistent with « Made In Italy ».
