Fantastic Service - Salvo our driver in Sicily was absolutely brilliant, I would highly recommend - We left a bag behind in the car and when we called Bravo they responded so quickly and assured us the bag was safe. Salvo found us on the beach the following day to give us back the bag. 5 star service all the way

I have regularly used Bravo Driver and usually have no complaints. However, this time I was disappointed with the service. The taxi from the airport arrived 20 minutes late, and I had booked a car (Mercedes or similar) and we were put on a mini-bus instead, which was quite an old vehicle. I don't like to complain, but it wasn't what we paid for. For the return journey, we were collected in a regular Costa Teguise taxi which again was an old vehicle and the driver drove like he was in a Formula 1 racing car. I expect better next time

The transfer was great! We are really satisfied for the great transfer. Enzo, the driver, was super punctual and very helpful. He also helped us with the luggage and waited for us at the car rental station. Something that is not self-evident! We thank Domenico for the Organisation of the Transfer (very fast in answering and Alessandro erschalle and Enzo for the safe drive! If we would live in Italy, we would recommend you to everyone!!!!
