Great hotel, clean and spacious room, bathroom too. Confy bed and quiet room. Andrea was so kind, sent me the the schedule and more information about how to arrive from the Airport. There isn't 24 h reception, but you tell Andrea more or less the time you're going to arrive to the hotel, and someone is waiting for you to explain you everything. The wifi is very good. Very well located.If you're going to visit Venice, I'll recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. The room was a decent size for the three of us travelling, one double bed and one single bed, both very comfortable. A double window overlooked a small courtyard at the back. The area was quiet and peaceful at night. Facilities in the room: fridge, kettle, safe, TV, luggage rack, wardrobe, bedside units, dressing table and chair. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Cleaned daily. The host Andrea and his team were very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. They gave us a very generous welcome gift - such a nice surprise. Would stay again and can recommend it highly.
