Flat in Duomo
Not clean. Two white spots in front of the bed on the floor.A large window can not be closed and is leaking. Thus, almost 28 degrees all night despite air conditioning.The apartment is at the top of the roof. Directly above Big machines that you hear the whole night. Acoustically a disaster.There is a neighbor right next door who made noise at four o'clock in the morning.Electricity in the sockets is only available when the light is on.Central location and friendly host.But never again!

Best location to be in. It’s a one minute walk to the Duomo and 20 easy walk to the Santa Maria delle Grazie (Last Supper location). The owner is attentive and communicates with you to ensure the flat is ready for when you arrive. Parking, train, food and shopping are steps away. You can get to anywhere from the flat and walking to everything is a breeze. Flat was nice and clean.

Ottima la posizione a 50 metri dal Duomo, appartamento pulito, molto funzionale, adatto sia ad esigenze lavorative che turistiche, proprietari gentilissimi . Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ilario

Lo bonito es la ubicación, tardaron mucho en abrirnos y darnos la llave, pensé q era más elegante pero no y estaba en la azotea por lo mismi no tienes vista a nada

리셉션이 따로없으며 전화로 연락해서 열쇠 가져다 주는 사람을 만나서 같이 숙소로올라가야한다두오모 바로앞이라 의치적으로는 굉장히 좋으나 숙소는 꼭대기층이며 열쇠를 2번 사용하여야 하며 3명예약이라 방이클줄알앗는네 모텔크기에 엑르트라베드 하나 추가...1층에맥도날드가잇고, 취사 가능하며 10분정도 거리에 까르푸가 있으니 밥걱정은 없겟다. 비싼 방값에 비해 여러모로 부실하다.. 대략 19만원정도에 예약했다..ㅜ

Wir haben über zwei Monate vorher gebucht und wollten dann einen Tag nach der Buchung, an Hand von sehr negativen Beverungen im Booking.com stornieren- da haben wir ein blaues Wunder erlebt. Erstens war es nicht möglich kostenlos (Stornogebühren 70% vom Preis und das obwohl wir so früh gebucht haben) Zweitens der Vermieter hat von der Kreditkarte sogar die Touristensteuer abgebucht (üblicherweise wird es erst nach der Ankunft bezahlt). Drittens- obwohl wir fristgerecht gekündigt haben, wollte der Vermieter den uns zustehenden Betrag nicht zurückzahlen (erst Booking hat es uns Rückerstattet). Wir kenne nur jedem raten Finger weg von diesen Betrüger- Mafiaverhältnisse!

Het gordijn was kapot. De wc-knop was kapot. De wifi moet je bijbetalen. Het hotel is kleiner dan op fotos. De booking.com website is nog niet bijgewerkt. :(

Se si potesse andare a -10 e' quello che darei come voto. Non voglio recensire la struttura, ma la maleducazione e la cafonaggine del Signore, tale Giampietro Costanza con il quale ho avuto a che fare. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla iniziale gentilezza, verrete poi , una volta rubati i soldi dalla vostra carta, trattati malissimo, con scortesia e maleducazione. Ogni volta che vorrete parlare con lui vi dira' che è in ospedale perche' ha un amico ricoverato e che vi richiamera' lui. Non credetegli. Lo dice sempre e non vi richiama mai. State attenti a quando prenotate, e se potete, non fatelo. Mi ha rubato 500 euro e non mi ha piu' risposto. E' un truffatore. Provate ad andare a Milano al n. 2 sottopasso Duomo. Troverete solo Glamour apartments, ma di Flat in Duomo neanche l'ombra.

The lady charged me €40 cleaning fee but never cleaned or changed the sheet. Old apartment with a smell. Flat type but hotel price. I was fooled heavily. Seriouly.
