He saved our bike trip! Last week we where on our road-bike tour cross Italy, when the cable of my shift broke. We couldn’t fix it ourselves, as the broken cable was stuck. Luckily the shop was on our way and open on a Saturday. He invested almost an hour to get it fixed and at the end succeeded. So glad to be back on the road! Grazie Mille!

Op 30 mei, na een fietsvakantie in Toscane, waren de fiets blokjes helemaal versleten. We waren op doorreis, en hadden niet veel tijd, maar we werden snel en professioneel geholpen. Binnen 30 minuten konden we weer verder. Hartelijk dank!!!!

Abbiamo noleggiato due bici per fare un tour tra le colline toscane. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste, dandoci anche suggerimenti in merito all'itinerario da seguire. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia del servizio che dei consigli che ci sono stati dati e sicuramente ritorneremo in occasione delle prossime vacanze. Consigliatissimo!

Hired an MTB for a morning on the Strade Bianche. The bike was a light, clean and worked perfectly. The owner put SPD pedals on the bike to match my shoes. Highly recommended.

Edit: I just want to thank Alessandro so much - he did great job - fixed my dynamo powered lights that stopped working, not only fixed but protected well. I was suggested in other bike shope that the cable was old but that was not the case. Half an hour and it was done, moreover in a good atmosphere. Also I want to apologize - I have visited the bike shop a week before and thought he was closed for winter... but it was just for a week. Sorry! Of course holiday is needed. I edited my review.

Il signore ci ha prestato pure le ricariche per le bici per essere sicuri che ce la faremo a tornare. Era gentilissimo e ci ha dato dei consigli per la strada. Veramente un signore molto gentile e le bici erano in buona condizione. Grazie! Torneremo!
