Horrible experience due to them slipping in extra insurance charges that we did not want which ended up costing us over $100 extra. When we asked why the price was higher when we picked up the car they said it was a “damage deposit” so we believed that and signed the rental agreement. We were assured it was not the final price. When we dropped off the car at a different office in Florence (with no damage) we were told that was the final price and nothing could be done. They suggested we contact customer service as they couldn’t do anything since the rental car was picked up at a different location. We have since gotten the run around from budget’s customer service and so far they are not willing to reverse the extra fees. I would rent elsewhere, or if you have to rent from here review the rental agreement carefully and don’t sign it unless the charge is what you are expecting. You can’t trust what they tell you.

Il noleggio di macchine più imbroglione, mi è stata consegnata una macchina sporca dentro e fuori piena di senho fuori, quando restituita hanno detto che la veva fatto io quando non era vero, ho chiesto la foto della macchina prima di consegnare e hanno detto di no. Poi mi hanno fatto firmare senza leggere che lo sapeva del danno e mi hanno RUBATO 200 euro, personale maleducato e imbroglione.

Best customer service we ever had in budget.We couldnt reach customer service via phone so we stoped at the closest budget branch. just had a few questions about our rented car, and Azia was so helpful, respectful and nice.Thank you Azia.

Three stars because I reserved an automatic 6 months in advance but it was unavailable the day of my reservation. Thankfully I also know how to drive stick.Getting the car can take a while. Took over 1 hour to get my car even though there was only 1 customer in front of me. Returning the car was fine, you drop off in the gated parking lot. Honk for them to open the gate.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Easy to get in and out of the city.

Zum ersten Mal Budget und wir waren begeistert. Sehr freundliche Beratung - die Mitarbeiterin hat sich viel Zeit genommen und und über alle Risiken aufgeklärt. Auch die Rückgabe (am Airport Bologna) äußerst freundlich und rasch. Der kleine Schaden, den der starke Wind beim Öffnen der Autotüre verursacht hatte, war gar kein Thema und voll gedeckt. Wir konnten unseren Rückflug ohne Verzögerung antreten. Tipp: Full Protection erst direkt vor Ort zubuchen und auf der Website nur das Basispakte - dann spart man sich das Hin- und Her mit der Versicherung im Schadensfall und muss den Betrag nicht vorstrecken..

Disaster!!!!!!! Never book from them again!!!!!!! I booked a manual car for two days for twodays 177€ including the insurancefrom booking at the airport Rome the service lady MAKE ME to pay for another insurance although i have already paid and after i told her 10the times i booked insurance already she promised me the costumer service will refund me bur then no one agrees to give me my money back!!!!!! 125€ insurance fortwo days driving instead of 39€
