This site is scam!! The sales woman never inform about the 20% fee and she never mentioned the final amount we will receive. When she wanted to give us the money and show us the amount, we refused to received it and to sign the receipt and she didn’t wanted to give us our money back! We never sign anything and we never accepted the transaction. We had to call to the police for this issue. NEVER CHANGE MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

It's a COMPLETE SCAM! They take tons in fees , and rates, and weird stuff they don't tell you in advance, and once they tell you the final rate if you don't agree they don't give your money back. The lady motivated us to change 200 dollars more so we get a better deal, but in the end we didn't accept the final deal because she told us about the fees, so we didn't take any euros in exchange for our USD, we didn't sign the paper for the final amount and the lady refused to give us our money back. WE CALLED THE POLICE. The final amount for 500 usd was supposed to be 454 and after the scam ended in 350. SCAMMERS STOLE US and nothing happened..

Ripoff. Charged us $22 just to exchange $50 dollars to Euros. Would not give us our money back when we asked for it and started yelling at us. They have a flat fee of around $9 plus service fee around 19% plus a very bad exchange rate. You are better off withdrawing from an ATM.

They are robbing people. The lady over there didn’t say about commission and tax before the transaction and after that the transaction she told us about that .They charge too much Commision and percentage. And after all this she was laughing on us .. never go there

Estafa, robo nos acaban de estafar 500€ por la comisión tan elevada.La policía local no hizo nada .No cambies tu dinero allí porque una vez que se lo entregas ya no hay vuelta atrás.Es un robo.

Si no quieren ser estafados aconsejo a no cambiar dinero en este lugar! Ocultan información por 200 dólares han dado de cambio solo 120 euro ocultando que ellos cobran una comisión! For 200 dollars he gave me 120 euros , hiding the information that apparently they charge some type of fee or commission , when I tried to reverse the transaction he told me it couldn’t be possible and started behaving in a rude kinda way .Fate bene se non cambiate i soldi qui in questo posto,personale scortese e non bene formato.Cambiando 200 dollari senza dirmi quanto sarebbe venuto e mi ha dato direttamente 120€Solo dopo mi ha detto che c’era una commissione ulteriore,alche chiedo nuovamente il cambio ma mi viene negato.Cambiate i vostri soldi altrove!!

Estafa, buscar otro sitio para cambiar divisas. Tipos de interés abusivos, se quedan con el 20% de la cantidad que vayas a cambiar.

This place will rob you ! They won’t tell you anything about their 20% commission and they will not refund your money. The cops won’t be able do anything either! Don’t exchange your money here. They are a bunch of theifs... you will lose hundreds as soon as you enter this place...
