So our appointment was today at 08:30, he never showed up, never called, the tel. numbers are unavailable and the money was booked from the credit card. We went to the company's adress and there was nothing there, the locals didn't know him including other small stores in the area. We reported it to the police.

I booked for a 40 minute driving experience yesterday, and the guy Ricardo, literally did not even show up lol. Seems to be the norm with this guy reading his reviews here and on other travel sites, and seems to have done it to someone else today as well. No wonder the price is good, he doesn't even come. I'd pay a more and try another place. Also looking at the pictures, it’s an old old Ferrari. Rather drive a newer one and pay more as well.

Ok pour l’expérience en Ferrari qui était un cadeau, l’accueil et le service.Maintenant l’expérience se fait sur toute en ville (type périphérique parisien) et soumise à la signalisation : donc si vous dépassez 120 km/h ce sera un maximum - heureusement que la voiture chante à bas régime.A faire une fois.

A totally amazing experience, just a must for everyone who travels to Milano! I took a half an hour Ferrari test drive and must tell that this is one of these rare things when the satisfaction that you get is much more than the money you paid. Will definitely come back to explore more)

Лучше не бывает. Встреча, фото, выезд в город, трасса и летим 200 по тоннелю... Все пропали в зеркалах заднего вида. Рикардо говорит давай ещё топи. Вылетаем из тоннеля и на разворот. Ещё раз. Все честно. Не волнуйтесь и доберьтись Рикардо. Я час улыбался после. Кто-то писал что f 430 старенький. Не бывает старых феррари, а бывают редкие.Приезжайте пробуйте не бойтесь.

Horrible company. I booked for 11:30 a.m. for the Ferrari experience. Confirmation email says please show up AT LEAST 10 minutes early. I show up at the meeting point (which was a gas station) at 11:15 a.m.... 11:30 a.m. still no one... 11:45 a.m. still no one.... 11:55 a.m. still no one... I decide to take an Uber and go. The guy calls me at 12:00 p.m. acting normal as if he’s on time and says I’m here. I tell him yeah you’re only 40 minutes late and I already called an Uber to leave. He’s like yeah you’re right cancel the booking and hangs up. This guy clearly isn’t all there in the head to show up 40 minutes late to a booking that’s from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The owner cancelled the test drive at the last minute due to problems with his wife. There was no one else to replace him.Be aware that your test drive depends on one person's problems and may be denied at the last minute no matter what your plans are or whether it is a gift to a loved one.Completely unprofessional and amateur!
