Car hire naples airport

You have to take a shuttle for which usually long queues, and tired drivers, to reach the rental car office. Or walk with your luggages for 5 minutes from the terminal. Slow processing times. They open at 8 so do not come prior to that. You can leave car-keys in a drop box at return, if before 8 am.

This is the location of all car hire at Naples airport. You get a minibus shuttle bus from the airport to this building and then collect your hire car.DO NOT turn up after 10pm (for any car hire at the airport). We collected our car at 9.40 and everyone as starting to pack up. We drove off just after 10pm and the car hire centre was closed. If you have a late flight pick up the car the next day.

Waited over an hour to even get served for a pre-booked car. There was no sign posting from the airport and no signage for where to go for the car hire shuttle bus- it was absolutely chaotic. Unlikely to choose Naples airport again. The whole place is a disaster.
