La struttura nuovissima e ben curata si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre e di fronte alla fermata autobus per Venezia Piazzale Roma ( linee 7 , 7E, 8E ) e vicino a supermercato e ristoranti . La camera è pulitissima, accogliente e ha tutto quello che necessita ( anche l’asciugacapelli e una doccia super !! ). Mauro è molto disponibile e aiuta per qualsiasi problematica o dubbio . Per un soggiorno a Venezia lo consiglio al 100%!

⭐ Great location - 5 mins walking distance to Venazia Mestre train station.⭐ Great price - A fair option for visiting Venice. If you will spend lots of time wandering in Venice, you won't need overpriced hotel room.⭐ Great host - Mauro is super nice and helpful from the moment we checked in. We deposit our luggages before/after the stay with much cheaper price (than the train station)⭐ Super clean - facilities are well maintained. You⭐ Great experience - we had wonderful time in Venice because of Marconi House!

The host, Mauro is the most kindest person you could meet. A definite blessing for us to have booked here.Marconi house is situated just 5 minute walk away from Mestre Bus and train station making it super convenient if you aren't staying in Venice itself. The rooms are impeccably clean, big and in great condition, which helps when you come back tired after an entire day of walking through Venice. An important note that was mentioned to us by Mauro is not to book through the website at the moment as it is not being actively managed as yet. You could book through the website but make sure to email to have them confirm the booking.Please do remember that in Venice you are at the mercy of the tides and you cannot always accurately time your trips or plan your day. Be flexible and be prepared to walk a lot! Enjooooy!

Cercavamo un posto comodo, silenzioso, e conveniente: eccolo. L' hotel è a 5 minuti dalla stazione e dalla fermata del bus per venezia, la camera era immacolata, sembrava nuova, i letti erano comodissimo e il padrone è gentilissimo, tutto a buon prezzo. ci tornerò!

Partiamo dalla posizione, centrale e a due passi dalla stazione centrale di bus e treni.La camera molto pulita, moderna e accogliente.Il proprietario educato, gentile e attento a tutte le necessità.Insomma se siete a piedi e volete visitare Venezia non pensateci due volte e prenotate!

Just an amazing place to stay near Maestre station. Like 5 mins walk. 2 mins from bus stop. Very spacious, clean, temperature regulated, very friendly host.. Loved everything about the place..
