I studied bachelor's in design, 3 years and I can’t recommend this school. The price is high, and it is clear that it is a private school that wants to make money on education - they offer education in English, but my experience is that no teacher is fluent in English, please keep this in mind before you choose this school. It may sounds cozy to learn Italian, but it can cause big problems for you - especially if you planing to study handcrafted related subjects. I would say many teachers has incompetent behavior. My experience from the class room is that many teachers is acting lazy and mean. They teaching with a mean attitude towards their students and if you dont understand the language, they will treat you even worse then the Italian native speakers. As i didn't speak Italian fluent, i missed lot of important knowledge, and its not okay at all, they promised education in English.Honestly it was 3 terrible years of my life, I got stomach ulcers and panic attacks almost everyday. And yes I got great jobs after my diploma, but its not because of this school its because I am driven and curious. Please keep this in mind, you can get any job you want in the fashion industry if you are driven, its not because of a glamorous and rich school.Thank you for reading all, please think twice before choosing Polimoda, dare to be critical, its important!

Extremely poor level of teachers that want to be called professors. Many of them, speak poor English, unable to even explain the course they teach which in my case was the most important “Fashion Design”. Unable to answer questions in English related to the course. Others very rude ( prototyping and draping teacher) and disrespectful to students the way they speak or address to them. Refused to assist on assemble techniques for midterms that were not covered yet. Fashion illustration teacher never performed any form of techniques or guidance on how to showcase the variety of fabrics on lineup. Fabric manipulation teacher that would hardly show up. Graphic Design (on YouTube tutorials you learn far more) was always scheduled late evenings but your brain was exhausted, as the teacher was working elsewhere during the day, even the teacher was tired to teach. Career days for finding an internship are organised just before your finals when your stress level is boiling before you complete the course and have a complete portfolio. Ironically you are required to have a full portfolio to display to the companies!!!! Finding an internship is impossible unless you speak fluent Italian but they only tell you that only when it’s time to find one and you have already paid 28000€ for an 8 month Masters course. Overall extremely disappointed for the value for money. Fortunately there really were truly dedicated people who make sure you learn something. All the issues were addressed to the ones held responsible yet nothing was done about it.

A real waste of money, its severly poorly organized, there are very arrogant unprofessional and unprepared teachers, the managers and secretaries are the worst. If you want to throw away tons of money that’s the perfect place. Don’t expect nothing from this school, dont be fooled by the name.

If you want a bachelors degree to get you a job don’t go to this school. They don’t make it clear on the website that all they give you is a useless certificate. It’s clear they only care about your money. Not a good experience with the professors, a couple are good the rest no.

Buona scuola di moda, tuttavia so dei retroscena che mi fanno pensare che abbia bisogno di una gestione più intelligente.
