Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità di chi la gestisce, la camera è normale mi ci sono trovato bene

Good place. Very close to the train station, 6 minutes. The room was good and the bathroom was clean even if it was shared. They have no air conditioner but a fan that makes an intolerable noice when you wish for it to be cold. Also no coffee maker or anything like that. They had no toilet paper until we told them, and the elevator stopped working for 1 day out of the 3 that we stayed. However, and over all, it was a good stay and a good place.

Hvis du sliter å sove i varme, er ikke dette stedet for deg.Rommet var utstyrt med aircooler som virket til en viss grad. Det var tilrettelagt med to kjøleelementer i en skuff nederst i kjøleren som skulle brukes til å kjøle ned luften. Alt dette virket greit, bortsett fra det faktumet at rommet ikke var utstyrt med kjøleskap/fryser, og ingen av butikkene i nærheten solgte isbiter. Kjøleelementene var ikke fryst, så rommet ble aldri kaldt.Lå med verandadøren åpen hele natten, noe som var til lite nytte ettersom temperaturen om natten var rundt 30 celsius.Rommet og badet var ellers i god stand, ikke stort å klage på i helheten.

Semplicemente meraviglioso!Personale molto disponibile, attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Alloggio in posizione strategica, collocato nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria, a due passi dal centro.Tutti i servizi di maggior interesse nelle immediate vicinanze.Perfetto per gite ed escursioni nella splendida cornice del Golfo dei poeti, ivi comprese le meravigliose 5 Terre liguri, dal sapore forte di mare. Consigliato!!

Not a great place to stay.1. Terrible and noisy neighbourhood with nightclubs and street drinkers. Regular street fights and police (2-3 times a day)2. Owner is unreliable. Contractors entered the apartment without the owner warning us. Felt like we were being burgled.3. Cleaners took my money that was left in a drawer. Never got it back after enquiring about it the night we checked out.4. Not a cosy place at all

Brilliant hotel! Very convenient, central location close to supermarkets, train station and many places to eat. We were initially worried about having a shared bathroom, but it turned out to be a huge, single bathroom that you could lock for privacy that was absolutely spotless. The whole apartment was impressively clean! We booked the deluxe room for only a little bit extra, which had an awesome balcony with amazing views over the city. Management was very friendly, all communication through text/WhatsApp. Worked out great staying here to see Cinque Terre instead of struggling to bring luggage up hills and steps to the extremely overpriced hotels/guest houses in Cinque Terre itself. Only 20 minutes on train to first village from La Spezia. Definitely recommend staying!
