Nice place to stay. Awesome view from the roof. For the air conditioner was forced to pay extra 10 €, nothing was written about it ... the breakfast was very simple, one pancake with tea to each ... but with all of this pretty good ... and still I consider the price too high for such a service. Choose this place solely because of the view. There is no kitchen to cook something.

Colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati, lontano dal centro. La proprietaria non sapeva nemmeno registrare i propri ospiti... Tralaltro lei apriva la porta della nostra camera senza almeno bussare prima. Gli unici punti forti del posto sono la vista e il prezzo.

Un b&b in un posto incantato sulle alture di Genova : una vera inaspettata sorpresa con una vista alternativa sulla città della Lanterna! Padrona di casa dolcissima e gentilissima, camere pulitissime ed accoglienti, colazione ricca e gustosa!!! Grazie ❤️

Famille chaleureuse et aux petits soins. La chambre est très propre et le lit confortable. Salle de bain partagée moderne et spatieuse.La terrasse du toit permet de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur Gênes. L'endroit est idéal nous recommandons vivement !

The accomodation was really nice! We stayed 5 days and the accomodation is really clean. At the end of the day we spent the evening on her roof - the view is amazing!I forgot something important in the accomodation and Laxmi sent it me back! She is really really friendly and a lovely person.

simple but very lovely B&B. we loved the welcoming, english speaking staff who made every effort to make our stay comfortable. the indian style rooms are tastefully decorated and comfy. will definitely come back again.

Я даже не знаю как описать что это было. При бронировании это выглядит как отдельная квартира или апартаменты, на букинге это вообще в категории Отель типа кровать и завтрак"

Su booking risulta come se fosse un appartamento unico . invece é un affittacamere .. La pulizia e buona ma non ottima a parte le ragnatele che scendono dalla rete del letto scoperte per recuperare le mie scarpe... Avevo un impegno di lavoro ed é stata dura poter usare uindi il bagno perche invece di un intero appartamento all ultimo se scoperto che era un affittacamere ..

Vue superbe depuis le toit terrasse, emplacement en haut de Gêne mais avec l'ascenseur près du Château d'Alberis, le centre ville est proche - sauf quand l'ascenseur est fermé et qu'il faut tout remonter à pied!

we have been at laxmis's in june, she canceled our stay while we were in her house and ask us to deny if booking called us, I understand that the booking commission maybe high but it's part of the deal.otherwise we weren't feeling confortable, the breakfast wasn't good it was like the rest of previous breakfast serving to previous guest and the table and dishes were dirty.last thing: there's no parking but public places to park in the street.
