Used the online video conference option. Very affordable, easy to navigate, professional physician, and lightening fast. Had my prescription for much needed antibiotics same day emailed to me to pick up at my nearest pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Finding a doctor while abroad can be scary if you don’t speak the language. I felt hesitant about using Doctors In Italy but I am so glad I did. The service I received was absolutely excellent. After coming down with cold/flu-like symptoms that weren’t getting better I was able to schedule a video call (you can also select house visit or go to a clinic) with a doctor that spoke perfect English within hours. I received a thorough evaluation. After my appointment I was emailed a care plan and prescription which I was able to print at my hotel and take to my nearest farmacia and had filled with no issue. I’m astonished at how easy and valuable this was!

Really an amazing service. Easy, affordable and fast - everything you need when you're in a foreign country with a medical problem & a language you don't speak. Finding a doctor in a foreign country is a little scary but this platform (doctors in italy) has completely changed my mind! I had an emergency situation as I got sick in Italy and was not sure where to go. I met my doctor virtually. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time to listen and discuss the treatment. I received my receipt and prescription through email, went to the pharmacy and picked up the medication easily. I highly recommend Dr. Elisabetta Spinelli and I highly recommend using this platform while you’re in Europe!!

This service is so wonderful! When you have a medical need there’s nothing better than prompt, supportive, direction to help meet your needs. Fortunately I did a little research and came across Doctors In Italy. From the moment I submitted my online application describing my specific needs I was promptly sent a list of doctors with knowledge and experience in my specific needs. I didn’t need to sort through a bunch of specialists hoping I’d get the right professional. I was able to schedule a video appointment for the next day. I received support getting into the video appointment, and the doctor was able to solve my issue without delay or complication. What an exquisite solution! It was very easy and quick to make an appointment here, even for the same day. The doctor spoke English perfectly, and the help she offered was great. I had to wait a while before being helped due to scheduling issues, but the quality of service more than made up for that.

My consultation with Dr. Nicoletta was great ! I immediately felt comfort meeting her, its because of her. She was perfectly on time, such a great experience. She was absolutely helpful and answered all of my concerns. She also did a Thorough check on my issue. Would recommend her to all my friends who is looking for a gynecologist!Also the price is reasonable, considering that I’m a student in Milan.

Very easy from start to finish and I am not the best at technology.I left the UK with meds that did not work and I progressively got worse. This was a professional video consultation with a Doctor in well spoken and articulated English with lots of checks and advice. A prescription for a urine infection was issued by email and whats app and the medication easily obtained at a pharmacy . Highly recommend and not too expensive at €45. I feel so much better now I can continue my holiday happily and would not hesitate to use this service if needed in future travels.

I was traveling on business in Milan with a large group of colleagues from North America. Several of us got sick with one thing or another (covid, ear infection, stomach bug). Three of us used the Doctors in Italy telehealth service and were so impressed with the efficiency and quality of care. Would highly recommend.
