Ero a Firenze per lavoto mi sono trovato molto bene veramente un ottimo noleggio.. consigliatissimo.

Used Boga while in Florence a week ago. We rented a vehicle with them. The car was delivered to the hotel we were staying at in Florence. Made it so convenient for us. The vehicle was in great condition and drove like a dream. Driving through Tuscany was comfortable for the four of us. Boga was extremely flexible as well. We had to change our plans leaving Italy due to flight cancellations. Boga allowed us to change the location of our drop off. They were extremely responsive and helped make our holiday memorable. I thoroughly recommend using Boga. I would absolutely rent with them again.

Wir wollten spontan ein Auto mieten in Florenz und am liebsten einen Fiat 500. Boga Rent hatte sogar ein Carbio zu Verfügung stehen und sowohl die Abholung als auch die Rückgabe, war schnell und unkompliziert! Die Dame, die uns bei allem eingewiesen hatte war sehr freundlich!Das Auto war sauber, natürlich einige Macken von den vorherigen Mietern.Das einzigste was etwas gestört hat bei dem Auto, das es sehr wenig PS hatte und wir oft Schwierigkeiten am Berg hatten.Ansonsten alles top, sehr zu empfehlen!

Recentemente disperata alla ricerca di un Mercedes 9 posti, sono riuscita a trovarlo con loro. Sono state super gentili e hanno risposto ad ogni mia continua domanda e spostamento di orari. Facilità di comunicazione, costante cortesia ed estrema professionalità. Assolutamente consigliato.

We had a great experience renting from Boga! They are honest and friendly. Ornella, the lady who was working was so helpful when we were in a last minute bind. The car was great and we had no unexpected charges.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 6 STARS OUT OF 5!!I had booked at another (big) rental agency. But when I arrived in town, I saw their reviews are horrible. So I asked the hotel concierge for a suggestion - Boga. They communicated quickly by email. Strong English, great bonus. Very friendly & kind! She brought the car to our hotel the morning we needed it, even earlier than their opening time because we had an appointment that required leaving early. We did the paperwork quickly in the lobby of the hotel.When we returned the car, we were a couple of hours beyond limit - they had to charge us for another day. That was no problem, totally understandable. But they went out of their way to make it easier for us to return the car, meeting us at the airport instead of having us drive into the city to the parking garage. This saved us quite a bit of time, and the cost of a taxi to the airport!!And bonus - the car was in Great condition and really cute.

This was our second time renting from Boga Rent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Florence area (this time we stayed quite a ways outside of Florence, and they were even able to accommodate my request to drop off the car all the way out here!). Both times, the communication has been incredibly responsive, the rental process easy with clear prices, and the cars themselves have been very high quality, clean, and driven well. No hassle with drop off / pick up, or any additional charges. Much more professional than any airport chain car rental, definitely worth the peace of mind.
