Atmosfere Guest House - Cinque Terre e La Spezia

La camera era davvero confortevole. Ambiente pulito e moderno a pochi passi dal centro. Staff gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o chiarimento.

The stay was awful.The staff failed to provide us with a parking option, even though they offered one in the booking confirmation. Instead, the staff recommend us a shady and closed parking area outside of the city.The room was not properly cleaned. The coffee machine was dirty.The shower was disgusting: Mouldy, hairy, and rusty. The shower door does not close properly. The provided shampoo was half empty and full of substances I don’t want to think about. The radiator was so dirty and rusty you could not hang your towels. The bathroom door did not work properly. Given a distance of roughly 1.5m between the bed and the toilet, this deficit is rather disgusting.The rooms were not isolated thereby we could hear every noise coming from the hallway. There is no need to set an alarm - you will hear the one of your neighbours’ anyway.The towels were old, thin, and of low quality. The mattresses were overaged and saggy. It was horrific.The worst part: I texted the team about all these issue and never received a response or any form of reconciliation.I do not recommend staying in this place and will definitely never come here again.

Camera con bagno pulita ed accogliente. Aria condizionata, bollitore, macchina da caffè, TV satellitare... tutto perfetto.Posizione centro storico a pochi passi dalla stazione.

Arrivato a La Spezia la sera e nonostante l'orario alle ore 20:00 La signora si è resa molto disponibile ho pernottato due notti al prezzo di 126€ totale, le camere erano molto confortevoli comode unico nero la colazione solo caffè o the il cambio lenzuola non avviene giornalmente e alcuni elementi d'arredo da migliorare nel complesso molto buono sia posizione, pulizia e gentilezza.

Overall this place is fine if you want to stay in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre. Overall we didn’t want to stay multiple nights here (it is a really really touristy and busy beach town). The suite was very small and this is a guest house not a hotel but suited our needs for 1 night.Staff were friendly and helpful! Easy to chat with through WhatsApp!Parking was difficult to find for us and we came on a Thursday morning.Would recommend visiting this area off peak season or taking a boat as the train and walking. Trail are incredibly packed. The beaches are shoulder to shoulder busy also. Also the crowds do seem quite young and lively if that’s what you’re interested in visiting for.Many online reviews mentioned Cinque Terre as being more affordable however we found for the price and how busy it was we wouldn’t come back and would just say to visit from Florence for a day trip even though the towns were picturesque and pretty.

Absolutely stunning location and great service!We stayed here for 3 nights while in the area. The staff for extremely nice and helpful. The room is tiny but cute and it has everything you need! There’s AC and a fridge and the bathroom is newly updated with a lovely shower. The rooms are very quiet despite the fact that you’re staying close to others, and you can’t hear any city or train sound from the room.It’s located very close to the train station so easy to do day trips to Cinque Terre. La Spezia has tons to do and we were glad we chose to stay there and day trip to Cinque Terre.

Honestly was outstanding, I look back and realise how lucky I got with the accomodation! Great location, right in the centre and in between train and ferry stations. Room was clean and everything worked great! The receptionist with the beanie was the nicest and I definitely went to her with a lot of questions so I am very grateful!

Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare in questa struttura.Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nel loft in via del Prione, posizione comodissima e centrale, anche vicina alla stazione.Pulito e completo di tutti i comfort.Il personale sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Self check in e out veloci e comodi.Inoltre essendo in centro e al primo piano il loft era insonorizzato e non si sensitiva nulla.Consigliato.

Spectacle two weeks in italy and this was definitely our Best experience. Great staff, great room, superb location, and to top it all exceptional service. They only open at noon but offered to come earlier if we advised them early enough. Extremely friendly staff too. If you want to visit la spezia our cinque terre, this is the best adress to do so.

La camera sarebbe anche bella però l'insonorizzazione è pessima , pulizia che lascia a desiderare, ho trovato diversi capelli in bagno inoltre sul soffione della doccia c'erano parecchie incrostazioni di calcare per l'appunto gli ugelli non funzionavano tutti.Peccato per questi particolari altrimenti potrebbe essere da 5 stelle
