We bought some cute earrings here last week and had such a positive experience with the nice lady who owns the shop that we came back later and bought another pair.

So unfreundlich laden, unglaublich schlecht. Die geben auch keine Rechnungen raus und tauschen keine Ware. Die sind extrem unfreundlich und nicht zu empfehlen. In der Straße sind viel bessere Schmuck Läden die bessere Qualität anbieten und nette Mitarbeitern haben.

It’s the worst jewelry store in Sicily, they are very unfriendly and extremely rude. The quality of there jewelry are not good at all just expensive. The lady there gave my boyfriend the worst advice ever as he bought a present and she didn’t want to give him a receipt for it. As we went back to change it, though it was in the original packaging and not touched, she refused to change it claiming it is because of COVID!! How can a necklace pendant transfer corona?! We didn’t even get it out of the package!! She was super rude and aggressive. Don’t support her store there are plenty of beautiful jewelry shops in Cefalù specially in this street, they are super friendly and they have better stuff than her. She is also not working correct, she doesn’t give you a bill or silver Garantie. In the same Stress we got a silver bracelet with bill, stamped and even a small Garantie sticker.
