Bè Genuine Home Experiencewas definitely one of the highlights from our trip to the Amalfi coast. Carla and Rocco immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome in their home. Carla is an exceptional and patient instructor and taught us how to make several regional dishes using fresh homemade ingredients mostly from their garden. The highlight was learning to make multiple different types of pasta. The day we were there was cold and windy and she prepared a perfect comfort food pasta dish. We will remember this experience and highly recommend if you are looking for a unique, personal, non-touristy, educational and delicious cooking class on the Amalfi coast.

We had a lovely evening with Carla and Rocco. We learned how to make different types of pasta and a delicious dessert in a beautiful setting by their home. My son is a picky eater and cleaned his plate!! We loved learning about them and that the food they use is mostly home grown!

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Carla and Rocco. Carla showed us how to make fresh pasta, which was incredibly delicious, all while Rocco made us feel at home with his homemade red wine. We highly recommend this cooking class as this was a first-hand experience to the folks who live off the land of the steep mountainsides of the Amalfi coast region. It’s a somewhat rustic experience but in a very good way! Both Carla and Rocco are genuine and lovely folks.

Rocco, Carla, and their little boy Alexandro were so kind and generous with me and my mom. They brought us in their home, equipped us with wine immediately (we don’t drink much but we had a sip and couldn’t get enough, and they make it themselves!), and we began cooking in a very relaxing atmosphere. I was blown away by how self-sustained their lives are. They grow and produce a lot of their ingredients and they use them like experts — and with generosity. I would give them a higher rating if possible because five stars isn’t enough! This experience was one of the most special parts of our trip not just because the food was incredible, but because we entered a real Italian home and had an authentic experience with great people that we hope to stay in contact with for years and years to come. Special bonus: the view from their apartment is stunning. You will love this family and this experience!!

My friend and I took our kids to this awesome cooking class with Rocco and Carla. She taught us how to make home made pasta and a dessert. We enjoyed home made wine and it was delicious!!! The experience started with Carla showing us how to make the dough and how to form different pasta shapes and then it was our turn to make our own dough! We would do this again! We’re so excited to try to repeat this when we return home! There are about 50 stairs but this is common in these parts of Almafi. You sit outside on their shaded patio for the class. Thank you Rocco and Carla!!

10/10 perfect experience. Rocco and Carla were perfect hosts ! The cooking class was excellent. We made fresh short, and long, pasta dishes while drinking fresh local wine and eating additional appetizers the hosts made for us. All of the ingredients were fresh from their garden / land or near by. Rocco and Carla love to host and the pasta cooking class was fantastic all with a beautiful view of the sea. Make sure to ask Rocco about local restaurant and bar recommendations.

A great experience cooking pasta with Carla and Rocco. Their home made wine and olive oil was delicious and Carla taught us how to make pasta the genuine way. It was great listening to the history of their family and life in Praiano. Their son Alexandro is adorable. Recommend you book directly via their website - it was easy.
