Hidden gem- Such an amazing place. The service was excellent and the steak was the best Florentine steak we have ever had - including the three we had in Florence. 10/10 would recommend.

Ristorante di carne a Venezia a gestione cinese: un fusion inaspettato e più che riuscito. Raramente, infatti, ho mangiato così bene: una fiorentina al sangue cucinata alla perfezione, che si scioglie in bocca, accompagnata da patate fritte gourmet e verdure grigliate; i ravioli cinesi alla carne più buoni mai mangiati; tagliatelle al gorgonzola e rucola sublimi; arrosticini di agnello ottimi. Buona scelta di vini.Il personale è cordiale ed attento: con nostra sorpresa lo Chef è venuto personalmente al nostro tavolo per farci sapere che, visto che la nostra fiorentina aveva un osso molto grande, lui aveva tagliato in modo da ottenere la quantità di carne da noi richiesta, e che solo quella avremmo pagato.Non so se ritornerò mai a Venezia, ma se succederà tornerò sicuramente a mangiare qui.Complimenti a tutto lo staff e allo chef!

They have great options for meat and chicken, which are a nice change from the classic Italian restaurants all over Venice.Plus, they had a fresh huge salad ball which I missed in all of the other restaurants!Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a great meal that isn't the usual Venice tourist fare, then this is the place. The steaks were amazing and the vegetables cooked perfectly (I despise over cooked veggies). Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a break from pasta.

Nice terrace in a good location. We ordered risotto with mushrooms that is served minimum for two people and costs 36e in total. Risotto was a bit too salty in my opinion. Portion was generous. Staff is nice. The overall impression was a bit lower than expected after reading reviews tho.

My ate here 4 times whilst on our venice trip. Our toddler son was very tired and cranky and the staff and owners were brilliant with him. Brought his out all sorts of fruit to try to keep him happy!! And the food.. wow!! Incredible!! One of my fave places to eat I'm venice. Thank you

This place deserves more 5 star reviews and many more clients! Reasonably priced for the quality it offers, very friendly staff and a well deserved change after days of fish, pasta and chicchetti. The lamb is absolutely fabulous in all variations we tried (arrosticini, pasta, lamb chops). Will definitely come back again!

Salus Grill completely blew us away with their gnocchi with lamb and roasted tomatoes and their tagliatelle with bresaola (ham) and burrata. Best pasta we’ve ever had. The prices are very reasonable too, especially for Venice (~14 Euros for pasta). It’s also not in a super touristy area so you’re not overwhelmed by all the jostling crowds. When we were there, we saw many people send their compliments to the chef. You will not go wrong with anything on their menu here

Un posto a Venezia dove mangiare carne davvero buona! E anche i migliori ravioli cinesi che abbiate mai provato. Prezzo onesto, menù ottimo; consiglio la pluma di maialino iberico con funghi shitake, patate e verdure: una prelibatezza che merita. Ottimo servizio e ambiente semplice ma gradevole. Lo consiglio vivamente.
