Today we wanted to buy a lot of things, (my husband was dressed in hilfiger this day :-) ) but the lady in the shop was really unfriendly when we took one of the shirts to look a little bit closer to check the colour and size. She snached the shirt out of our hands and went of, we said that we want to buy the shirt and if it is not allowed to to try them on? She didn't answered. We tried to ask her why she ist so unfriendly but she only said its not allowed to pick up the clothes. We left the shop and we never got treated in such an unfriendly way.

I understand it's time consuming to make a shop look good at all times. Honestly, the shop was well organized and laid out.That does not mean customers should not be able to pick up clothes to check the size or to see what they look like unfolded. Staff was extremely rude to other customers, snitching the shirt from their hands and immediately folding it back up. Once you touch clothes, you are being scrutinized and asked in an unfriendly way if they can help you with the size - while it's not their goal at all to help you, but to keep all clothes untouched.Not in line with the Tommy brand or values. Shop to be avoided and management needs to act now against the young woman working there.

Sono stato ieri la mattina e, una seconda volta, la sera per aggiornare il guardaroba di mio nipote. Giorgio, la mattina, e Giulia, la sera (ma anche la mattina), sono stati estremamente simpatici, disponibili, professionali rendendo l'esperienza in negozio estremamente serena e divertente. Infatti c'è scappato anche un acquisto imprevisto. Bravissimi anche nel gestire tanti clienti in contemporanea. In generale mi è sembrato di percepire grande armonia e spirito di squadra all'interno del team del negozio. Torneremo sicuramente.
